Parts I and II were originally published in 1909 and 1911, respectively, by Novello and Company in London. However, this facsimile reprint uses the 2nd revised and edited edition of part I, published in 1934, and the third edition of part II, published in 1927.
This book is part of a three volume reissue of the original six part series.
