Bound with the book is a copy of Winifred Shuldam-Shaw's funeral service at St. John's Church, Hampstead, 18 August 1930. The book is also inscribed "H.S.-S. from "Win" 1927" and "I bequeath this prayer book to my son "Pat", the only son of my beloved wife "Holly" who gave it to me in 1927. H. Shuldam-Shaw". Pasted into the front of the volume are several newspaper cuttings featuring obituaries of Winifred Shuldam-Shaw.
